‘Yes, ‘NOTA‘ opened to mixed reviews right from the premiere show from the overseas even before we had opening shows in domestic theatres. There was a certain problem with the script as the director’s inadeptness at coming with an intriguing script was quite evident.
When the director, Anand Shankar says that there are no negative reviews on Vijay Deverakonda. He is almost right as the actor did his best and only that the writer and the director weren’t able to come up with a drama that would elevate the actor’s prowess and deliver an outstanding performance. All said and done, the director adds that Vijay D is an effortless actor who is a delight for a filmmaker.
This could be true as we know Vijay’s acting looks real as he is the same whenever we get to see him off-screen, even. Young girls are going crazy for his natural looks and guys for his attitude. If he really gets a couple of movies that have the stuff to use his acting skills, he will deliver big and maybe, he is made to stay here. Let’s see. Anyway, big praise from the young director.
Coming to the hero, there is not even a single tweet from Vijay after the film’s release and hope, he comes out of this shock and moves on. Maybe, he expected big from the movie and that’s why even promoted it big way taking the entire burden on his shoulders.
