Nowadays, one can see a growing interest in the film makers to hold a special screening for big politicians and if possible to Chief Minister and hopefully to the Prime Minister of the country. Makers of ‘Srimanthudu’ also fall under that category who have big hopes to show Mahesh’s movie to Ms and PM Modi.
The reason behind this aspiration is connected with the concept dealt in the movie. Hero adopts a village to develop it. Only recently PM Modi too gave a call to adopt villages and develop them. However, director Koratala Shiva admits that screening the film for PM isn’t a easy thing.
Nevertheless he is hopeful that many politicians, businessmen and other such kind of elite people watch this film and spread the message to adopt villages. Koratala Siva opines that Mahesh is very apt for such kind of a role.
Coming to accepting such a story, the director puts forward his observation that Mahesh has no lag and hence reacts instantly. The same thing happened when he narrated the story to the superstar. His reaction is as best as his action, the best.
