No change in Kochadaiiyaan release: Producers
The makers of Rajinikanth-starrer have confirmed that there will be no change in the release of magnum opus Kochadaiiyaan, which is now scheduled to release May 23 worldwide in 2D and 3D versions in nearly 6000 screens across six languages. The news was confirmed in a latest press release by the producers.

all the post production work on the movie has been completed and that the film has been censored in all the 6 languages (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi and Bhojpuri). The film is now ready for delivery and is releasing on 23rd May 2014 ‎in 2D & 3D versions.

Earlier, rendering ‎of 3D versions took longer than anticipated, which was the main reason for rescheduling the release of the film from May 9th to May 23rd. Besides there was a sudden demand for additional 2000 screens, all over the world, just 2 days before the release after seeing the extraordinary response for the advance booking world over. To avoid any last-minute delay on the screening material reaching theatres world-over, the decision was taken to reschedule the film to 23rd May 2014.
