When it happened first time one didn’t give it much thought as many imagined it to be a one off case. And then it repeated again in another biggie. So when Nithya Menen and Samantha are part of a film again, the flashes of past are felt again.
First it was in the film Jabardasth that Nithya Menen was roped in for a special appearance where Samantha was the main lead. Even with limited appearance Nithya Menen stole the show as she came under tremendous praise despite film not doing well. Then she was cast in the film Son of Satyamurthy and even here in spite of a supporting role, her character was integral to the proceedings compared to Samantha.
Now the actress has been roped again in 24, another film starring Samantha. The director had made the lovable Ishq with Nithya Menen and gave a memorable role to Samantha in Manam. Who will it be this time? 24 stars Suriya in the lead and is directed by Vikram Kumar of Manam fame.
