In what appeared as a surprise move, actor Nithiin’s new release Courier Boy Kalyan has been shifted from its announced release of September 11th. We will get onto the possible reason later but this shift avoids the mentor and mentee clash that was expected.
Director Teja’s Hora Hori which was announced as September 11 release will go ahead as planned. Now coming to the reason of change in release date, it is said to be arrived at looking at two possible scenarios. First off all it is the open third week of September which is wooing the makers. To those who don’t know, it’s the Vinayaka Chavithi holiday weekend. It would surely give a boost to collections.
Additionally there is the Tamil version of the film which too is ready, it would therefore make sense if both the film releases together, wouldn’t it? The Tamil version can’t get released on coming Friday which is also seen as a strong reason for postponement. Whatever be the reason, may be its happening for good looking at the schedule ahead.
