Looks like one of the famous trends in the Southern film industry is having strange nicknames and some of them are just too strange such as Dolly, Honey, Bujji etc. The really weird thing about Dolly is that it’s the nickname of director Kishore Pardhasani. He says that this was a name his family used to call him but it just stuck around and now everyone in the industry calls him that.
Another director who happens to have a pet name is none other than Parusuram, the director of super hits like Sarocharu and Solo. His pet name is Bujji and yes it’s another woman kinda name. There are a lot more funny nicknames in the industry which include Nani, Maku, Cherry, Bunny and Sweety. Their respective name holders are Mahesh Babu, Shraddha Das, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Anushka Shetty.
