Our readers are well aware that Sekhar Kammula will be remaking Hindi Blockbuster movie, Kahaani. Earlier it was told that Anushka will play the lead role in the movie but now we hear that Nayantara is confirmed. She will reprise the role of Bidya Bagchi played by Vidya Balan in the original. Sekhar Kammula is reportedly working on the script of the movie. Sekhar says he is not going to adapt the original version as it is but is making enough changes with out losing the fervor of the original.
Sekhar Kammula’s last outing Life is Beautiful did not yield the results which he would be proud of. So, he is keeping his head down and working on the script to make amends. Recently, Nayantara had proved herself as an actor with Sri Rama Rajyam. She would like to repeat the same and show her prowess once again in this heroine oriented film.
