Narayankhed Assembly by-elections are likely to happen only in January or first week of February according to sources in Election Commission. The commission is conducting by-elections month wise for the Assembly segments that are vacant.
The Assembly segments fell vacant in June and July are going for by-elections in November. Going by that order, Narayankhed by-election will happen in January or first week of February as the sitting MLA, Kishan Reddy breathed his last in September.
But another version says Warangal Loksabha by-election should happen by December and so Narayankhed Assembly segment will go to by-election along with that. Congress is fielding Kishan Reddy’s son, Sanjeev Reddy while TRS is fielding Bhoopal Reddy, its candidate here in the last elections.
