It is confirmed that Victory Venkatesh’s Narappa will skip its theatrical release and stream online directly on Amazon Prime Video. Amazon did not make official announcement of the film but the film has appeared on its Prime Day Sale Television Advertisement.
It is customary for Amazon Prime Video to screen some exclusive films for the Prime Day event. This year Amazon Prime Day Sale is on July 26th and 27th. That means Narappa will be released on July 26th. Usually, Amazon screens such films on the night before at 10 PM.
So, Narappa may start streaming from 10 PM at July 25th. Meanwhile, fans are fuming at Suresh Babu for taking such a decision. Narappa will see Victory Venkatesh in a Complete Mass Avatar after a long time. So, the fans are excited to see the film on big screen.
But their wish is not cared. Venkatesh’s other film, Drushyam 2 will also have online release and it is going to Disney + Hotstar.
