The notable films released on Friday are flattering to deceive at the box office. The movies are Saamy and Nannu Dochukunduvate.
Saamy with zero promotions and a negative buzz before release, courtesy its disastrous promos, still managed to get better openings when we compare to Sudheer Babu’s Nannu Dochukunduvate. However, it was only for the first day and the next day saw a considerable decline and the fate is sealed for this mass entertainer with poor word of mouth.
Nannu Dochukunduvate, on the other hand, had a lower start than Sammohanam, last film of Sudheer Babu. It has managed to stay stable on the second day but the big pick up is missing as the worth of mouth is weak. Let’s see if it can hold onto this level going forward or not.
