Nani’s next release after Paisa, Aaha Kalyanam has got a U/A rating from the censor board in Tamil. The film is a bilingual made in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously making the debut of leading Bollywood production house Yash Raj Films into Southern industry. The makers are planning to release the film on February 21.
Aaha Kalyanam is remake of the production house’s much successful Band Baaja Baarat. Vaani Kapoor who made her debut with Yash Raj’s Shuddh Desi Romance is making her Southern debut with the same production. The list of debutants doesn’t end there as even the director Gokul Krishna is making his debut with the film. Unfortunately the film has to deal with lot of competition at the box office as many films are slated to release in the coming weeks. One has to wait and see how this remake fares.
