Nani-Natural Star Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy has entered the last leg of the shoot. The makers have erected a massive set resembling Kolkata in Ten acres of land in the outskirts of Hyderabad. The team has spent a whopping 6.5 Crore on this set which is one of the costliest sets ever erected in Tollywood.

There were murmurs if the makers are going overboard with the film’s budget by citing the example of investing a whopping 6.5 Crore for a single set. But a source in the unit tells us that they have their own calculations behind it.

“Twenty minutes of the film will be shot in this particular set. We will be spending more than the 6.5 Crore if we go to Kolkata if we consider all the costs involved. Moreover, the COVID safety measures and shooting during Bengal elections will only bring in more risk. So, it is a calculative move,” we are told.

Directed By Rahul Sankrityan, the movie has music by Mickey J Meyer. Nani is very confident of the film which happens to be his first period film.
