Karan Johar is quite a known name now in the South Film Industry as well after his association with the two parts of Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’. Nagarjuna has an important appearance in his upcoming production venture ‘Brahmastra’.
Touted to be a trilogy, this movie was expected to come this december, 2020 if not for COVID. So, the release got pushed to 2021. Nonetheless, one of the streaming giants, Disney Hotstar India wanted to buy the direct release rights of the movie.
But, it turned out that Karan Johar wasn’t okay with the proposal as he feels that the movie which would be loaded with VFX works is for a theatrical watch. So, they are going to wait and release the movie in 2021.
Amitabh bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are playing the lead roles and Nagarjuna playing a crucial role in ‘Brahmastra’ that was being helmed by Ayan Mukerji.
