We all know how KBC revolutionized television in India and also helped Amitabh Bachchan to come out of his mountain of debts when it was launched over a decade ago. Bollywood baadshah Shah Rukh Khan hosted on season of the show, but it didn’t as well as when Big B hosted it. The makers of the show spread their wings and even ventured into the south with the show.
They quickly launched Tamil and Kannada versions of the program, but neither of them were as successful as the original. In fact, in Tamil, Suriya and Prakash Raj hosted two seasons of the show, but it couldn’t generate the impact as the original. Now, the makers of the show are planning to make the show in Telugu featuring Nagarjuna. The first season of the show is expected to have 40 episodes.
Can Nag make the show click in Telugu with his charisma? We’ll have to wait and watch to find out.
