Music director Kalyan Ramana is presently a successful composer in Tollywood who opines that he never had a roaring successful phase in Telugu Film Industry, but doing decently well now. There had been a time when he was out of work for a year and a half, courtesy Nagarjuna‘s ‘Boss’ movie controversy.
He was asked to lift (use) the tunes of another composer from North as the director wasn’t satisfied with what was delivered by Kalyan Ramana. He refused and walked out of the movie. With that, he lost his credibility as people started thinking, “If he can do this to a big hero like Nagarjuna, he can do this anyone.”
The music director doesn’t find fault with the director who asked to use the tunes of another composer. He observed that it was his inefficiency not to deliver as per the demands of the makers of the movie. He even adds, “Can’t blame the director Aditya as he might be having his own problems.” He is now a happy and contented man with a couple of movies in hand and a decent career.
