Very few couples in film industry can be as graceful and lovely as Nagarjuna and Amala. They had acted together in several of Nagarjuna’s movies, and married in 1992. She gave up acting after the marriage and settled down as a housewife. She got herself busy with Blue Cross to take care of stray animals. She was also engaged in social service activities. Both of them make their presence felt wherever they are.
