Seems the Tamil Film Industry is going to witness yet another storm after the infamous fight during the Nadigar Sangam elections. Now, it’s time for yet another election scenario in Kollywood as the elections for the Producers’ Council are fast approaching.
Prakash Raj is contesting for the Vice President post in the council. He strongly recommends a change in the council by changing the office bearers of the council as he opines that the previous members were lazy and didn’t do anything for the welfare of the producers. Like Vishal was questioned for being a Telugu during the Nadigar Sangam elections, Prakash Raj is questioned for being a Kannadiga.
Prakash Raj says he understands the problems of the producers better than anyone as he had made 20 films as a producer. Besides his language and region, narrow-minded people are asking his caste, alleges the versatile actor. He is confident that he will win the elections as a change will bring some freshness and activity into the otherwise lazy state of affairs of the council.
