Preity Zinta who flew to USA after the completion of the recent edition of Indian Premiere League (IPL) has returned to the country on Sunday. It is known that she has filed a molestation case on her former Boy friend and industrialist, Ness Wadia and the police will record her statement in the next couple of days. The Mumbai Police are still waiting for CCTV footage of Wankhede stadium on that day. They have already recorded statements of few ground staff present that day,
The 39 year old actress filed a police complaint on June 12 alleging she was molested by Wadia at Wankhede stadium, Mumbai on May 30 when an IPL match was played between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings. However Wadia described the complaint as “false and baseless”. Preity Zinta refused to talk to press after her arrival at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai on Sunday.
