The struggle during the bifurcation, the events that followed and the sacrifice of the farmers for the construction of people’s capital Amaravati is going to be immortalised in the form of a film. A Vijayawada based production house Bharateeyam Arts found by V Gopala Krishna has come up with the idea of making a film on Amaravati.

Music director RP Patnaik will be composing the music while Sudhala Ashok Teja and Chaitanya Krishna will pen the lyrics. The other cast and crew of the film will be announced later before the film goes on floors in the next two months. The profits made by the movie would go to the capital city construction and development says the founder.
