Amrutham, a popular sitcom in 2000s became a household name in AP for its clean humour and family viewable content. The serial was first aired on Gemeni TV and is still aired on MAA in repeat run. It garners good TRPs even today. And now the popular TV series is now being made into a film.
The shooting of the movie had already begun. The film has been titled as Chandamama Lo Amrutham and a special set has been erected for the film’s shooting in Annapurna Seven Acres Studio. The entire movie will be shot in this set itself. Inturi Vasu, who played Sarvam, and Sivannarayana (Appaji) will be playing major roles in the feature film version.
