Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty are paired opposite each other for the first time in Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty. The first poster of the movie, unveiled yesterday, shows a collage of two people who seem to be in different stages of their lives.
Anushka is shown living in London and has a book with ‘Happy Single’ written on it; on the other hand, Naveen’s character looks like a jovial Hyderabadi boy. He is seen wearing a shirt with ‘Ready to Mingle’ written on it.
Naveen Polishetty and Anushka Shetty are both coming back on the big screen after a huge gap. A lot has changed since their last release in terms of box office and audience taste.
Naveen Polishetty has a connect with a section of the youth who can identify with his style and persona, thanks to films like Jathi Ratnaalu and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. But there has been a huge gap between his last and the next one. We don’t know how saleable Naveen is that the audience will throng to the theaters on the first day.
Anushka Shetty’s last release, Silence, was on OTT, which was a huge flop. Does the audience still get excited to see Anushka on the big screen or not, has to be seen.
So it is extremely crucial for the film to make a strong and impressive impact on the audience right from the film’s teaser itself. The first impression of this film is going to create buzz for the film. The teaser has to connect with the audience and make them excited to see the film on the big screen. The film is produced by UV Creations. Besides writing Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty, Mahesh Babu P has also directed the romantic comedy. The film is scheduled to release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam in the summer of 2023.
