Young Rebel Star Prabhas’ last outing Rebel was disappointing to every one in all the ways. The actor is too keen on registering a hit with his latest venture, Mirchi and be back to winning ways. The movie is all set to march on to box office this Friday. And here is the SWOT analysis of the movie.
Strength:
Off late, Prabhas had gained immense popularity in the last few years especially among families and ladies. Also his well toned body and hefty frame had got him enough following in masses too. The movie will be very huge if he manages to live up to expectations.
This is Koratala Siva’s debut movie as director. He is a successful writer and we are yet to see his potential as film director. He is showing reasonable promise with the recently released trailers.
The songs of the movie had become a rage and are heard every where, If picturized properly they will be a big plus to the movie.
Weakness:
Anushka is out of shape and is looking little older beside Prabhas in the movie. In the age of Samanthas and Kajal Agarwals, fans are not so comfortable with this lady.
The other actress Richa Gangopadhyay is equally bad too. She did not have best of the outings in Telugu except for her debut movie Leader and Mirapakay.
Opportunity:
The heat of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Nayak got subdued at the box office and Ram’s Ongole Gitta is not making minimum noise at the box office. So, there is plenty of space to be barged in.
The early reports about the release of the movie are quite promising. The movie is expected to get record release for a Prabhas starer in all most all the territories.
Threat:
In general, February is said to be a not so good season for movies at the box office. Children will be busy preparing for their final exams and families would be avoiding theaters to keep their children away. Also there are considerable number of releases later in the month like Gundello Godari, Okkadine, Jabardasth etc.
