Recently megastar shared a poem on his Facebook wall giving credits to the Facebook user Vikas Dubey who he thought was the writer of the poem. But one Jagbir Rathee claims that the poem originally belongs to him and hence was offended for not being given the credit for the poem by Big B.
Copy rights issues and giving due credits to the original creator of an art piece or creative output are posing headaches to celebrities big way who are sharing without proper credits to the original creator. Big B is very active on twitter and Facebook and keeps sharing different creative works like sketches and poems.
Mr.Rathee, after failing to communicate with megastar Amitabh Bachchan was angered to such an extent that he sent a legal notice demanding Rs.1 crore for posting his poem but giving credits to another Facebook user, who happens to be the follower of Big B on FB. The response from Amitabh Bachan is awaited.
