Ram-Charan-heat

Ram Charan made a cool debut in the year 2007 when Chiranjeevi was at the top of his game and was still the number 1. It didn’t matter then that Pawan Kalyan was going through a rough phase commercially to him as that was taken care of by his Megastar father. Ram Charan then followed it up with one of the greatest success stories in decades, a landmark Industry Hit, Magadheera.

What followed Magadheera was one of the darkest phases in the Mega family history. Chiranjeevi was already becoming a laughing stock politically thanks to the Praja Rajyam Parrty debacle. Pawan Kalyan discovered an entire new level of low with Puli and its follow ups. Allu Arjun too couldn’t manage at this time in what was increasing looking like a sinking ship. Racha finally provided a respite but it was the return to form of Pawan Kalyan with Gabbar Singh that finally settled all the nerves of Mega family and fans. His success proved to be a major life saving event for entire Mega fans.

Ram Charan has had success post Racha too in the form of Naayak and Yevadu as well but unfortunately for the star, the mauling he received for Zanjeer/Thoofan left a glaring scar on all the fans. Once again it was Pawan Kalyan who saved the day with a grand success in the form of Atharintiki Daredi. His success kept shielding the fans from such critical debacle and Ram Charan and many expected it continue for few years in future before Ram Charan could settle himself completely as an actor, something which he has been immensely criticized for.

Now with Pawan Kalyan giving more importance to politics Ram Charan is once again going to face all the heat and this is what is worry the Mega camp as well as fans. It’s not as if he is lacking success at box office but the success which he is getting isn’t helping in forming any solid base on his own that could withstand such critical failures. Few more critical failures going forward (based on his line up) and continued division among fans due to the political mudslinging going on could prove to be a major humdinger for Ram Charan to overcome. It could in turn prove to be a major dent for all the heroes emerging out of Mega camp as well.

Can Ram Charan hold it all together in the absence of his father Chiranjeevi and uncle Pawan Kalyan? Will Mega family disintegrate in the absence of its major pillars? What do you think the future of the Mega family will look like, can anyone rise up to the challenge ahead? Share us your thoughts.
