There is always a fight of supremacy in Tollywood. The star family which manages to deliver more number of hits that year owns it. 2010 belongs to Nandamuris after they scored three hits that year with Adhurs, Simha and Brindavanam. 2011 was a forgettable year for both Nandamuri (Shakthi, Oosaravelli) and Mega families (Teenmar, Panja) but Mahesh Babu owned it with Dookudu, the second biggest grosser of Tollywood then.
When every one started writing off Mega family, they cruised with back to back successes – Racha, Nayak, Gabbar Singh and Attarintiki Daredi in 2012 and 2013. They owned the both the years so far. NTR delivered a blockbuster hit with ‘Baadshah’ will take a share of year 2013 only if he comes back with a roaring hit in the form of Ramayya Vasthvayya! Let’s see if this year will be the most happiest for Young tiger NTR.
