Masala starring Venkatesh and Ram which was slated to have its release initially on October 25 has now been postponed. It has therefore avoided clash with Nagarjuna starrer Bhai which too was set to release on October 25. Sources say that the makers felt since the film has been delayed by a long time already it would be wise to have a solo release instead of having a clash with another film that could entail a loss in revenue for both parties.

Masala is produced by D Suresh Babu and Sravanthi Ravikishore jointly and is directed by K Vijay Bhaskar. The film is a remake of super hit Bollywood film Bol Bachchan starring Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan. Audi of the film was released recently and already music by SS Thaman is growing on listeners the unit says.

The film is crucial for both the lead actors as there last individual releases Shadow and Ongole Gitta respectively have bit the dust. Even the results of their previous films too have been similar. They are hoping that together they can score a massive hit and give a boost to their careers. One has to wait and see if their dreams of revival are fulfilled or not.
