Manchu Vishnu's Postal Ballot Fraud In MAA Elections?Movie Artists Association (MAA) elections are becoming more controversial as the polling date draws closer. Prakash Raj has called for a Press meet this morning and alleged Postal Ballot Fraud by Manchu Vishnu to win the election by hook or crook.

In the wake of COVID, Postal Ballots were allowed for the first time for 60+ aged members this year. Each member has to avail of this facility by paying 500 Rupees. On Monday, a person has come to the association and paid 28,000 Rupees for the Postal Ballot votes of 56 members.

Prakash Raj says this is illegal and Vishnu is trying to influence the voters and win by dubious means. He demanded that the industry biggies like Krishnam Raju, Chiranjeevi, and Nagarjuna answer. Interestingly, Vishnu also paid for the Postal Ballots of Krishna, Krishnam Raju, Paruchuri Brothers, Sarath Babu, and others.

Election Officer Krishna Mohan issued a clarification on this allegation. “Vishnu reportedly is trying to help the senior citizen artists who do not know about online transfers etc. But it is not allowed to pay the amounts of multiple voters. We have given the amount back,” he clarified.
