fahadh faasil allu arjun pushpa lookIn what can be termed as a massive development for pan-South Indian prospects for Pushpa, the Malayalam Powerhouse of talent Fahadh Faasil has been roped in as villain in Pushpa. It is sure to take the hype of the movie to the next level in South Indian states.

The villain role’s choice has been a huge discussion point ever since the talented Vijay Sethupathy left the project. Due to the delay in the shoot, courtesy of the pandemic, the dates of Vijay Sethupathy went for a toss. He couldn’t adjust them as a result.

Post Vijay Sethupathi’s exit, several names popped up, but an official announcement has come now. Fahadh Faasil is a terrific actor, and to get him on board as an antagonist is an excellent choice for the team.

With Fahadh Faasil on board as the villain’s face-off with the lead, Pushpa becomes all the more exciting. The onus will be on the director Sukumar to give a worthy and meaty role for the actor. In the past, when a couple of directors got him on board, they lost the plot entirely, focussing on him. It will be a tricky situation then for Sukumar to get the balance right.

Pushpa now jumps to the top of the list (leaving RRR) among the eagerly awaited movies of the year. The combo is extraordinary, and it includes the whole team. There will be massive, massive anticipation on it among movie lovers. Let’s see what Sukumar has in store.

Pushpa starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead has music by Devi Sri Prasad. The Mythri Movie Production will hit the big screens in multiple languages on August 13th.
