Malayalam actor Sreejith Ravi was arrested under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2016. He was arrested for his alleged inappropriate behaviour with the school going teenage girls by showing private parts, who were going to school for special class in the morning.
A case was filed on the actor who denied the charges but his car number and cell phone signals were traced and he was booked under the above said act as the school girls confirmed his misbehaviour. One report says that he flashed and took photographs of the girls, who were taken back by his behaviour and reported against him.
Another report says, Sreejith exposed inappropriately before the girls. It looks like, after his arrest, the girls had identified him and testified that he was the person who misbehaved with them. Sreejith is a popular actor, the son of popular veteran Malayalam actor TG Ravi.
