Visual effects company Makuta, popular for its work in Telugu films such as “Magadheera”, “Eega” and upcoming “Baahubali”, have collaborated with the makers of Tamil thriller ‘I’, which features Vikram in the lead role.

“Makuta has given its VFX expertise for ‘I’. Srinivas Mohan is the VFX producer,” Pete Draper, Co-Founder of Makuta had said. Srinivas Mohan is a popular VFX designer who has worked on films such as “Enthiran” and “Sivaji”. The fully immersive CG sequence in Shankar’s Robot was also done by them. Makuta VFX is also the principal visual effects studio for SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali, which is currently on floors.

‘I’, which has been floors for nearly two years, is currently in its post-production phase. Directed by Shankar, ‘I’ also features Amy Jackson, Suresh Gopi and Upen Patel in important roles.
