Here in Telugu film industry we are not sure if a film planned to release on a said date will arrive on the announced date till it actually releases as a lot depends on the external factors and business surrounding the film. And then there is Hindi cinema where release dates of biggies are locked way before in advance so that there are no last minute hassles or clashes involved.
Top Bollywood production house Yash Raj Films have announced right now that two of their biggest films starring Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan will release on Eid and Diwali of 2016 respectively. There is still no proper cast or crew in place but the production house has gone ahead with the announcement as they are sure that they would ready with the films well before the announced time. Can Telugu cinema ever get this level of planning in place for big films? Wouldn’t this kind of planning avoid the unnecessary clashes that we see in Telugu cinema today?
