Major Hindi RemakeAdivi Sesh is gearing up for his first pan-Indian film, Major. Sesh has created a niche set of audience for himself with his gripping thrillers in the past. With Major, he is eyeing to tap the Bollywood market. The film talks about the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, since the subject is universal, having a pan-India appeal, the actor aims to create a Hindi market.

As per the latest update, Major has pocketed a fancy price for its Hindi Satellite Rights. We have learnt that the team has sealed the deal for a whopping Rs 10 crores. And now with the team sealing the deal for a record sum acts as a major boost to the film in the Hindi markets. Major also has tie-up with noted production house – Sony Pictures, thus the film will be promoted vigorously in Hindi markets.

Previously, the film’s overseas rights were sold for a record price to distribution company Weekend Cinema along with Southern Star International. With the phenomenal deals, Major seems to resurrect hopes of a market revival after the second wave.

The majority of the shoot has been completed except for a single schedule. The final schedule will begin this month for which the team will be heading to Chitkul, Himachal Pradesh. Helmed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, the film stars Saiee Manjrekar and Shobitha Dhulipalla in key roles.
