Superstar Mahesh Babu has delivered many memorable films, but for the past many years, every film of his has been laden with a message for society that has become monotonous not only for his fans but also for the neutral audience.
Not just social films like Srimanthudu, Brahmotsavam, Maharshi, and Bharat Ane Nenu, but even commercial films like Sarkaru Vari Paata turned out to be message-oriented films by the end.
Mahesh’s next film, SSMB28, in the direction of Trivikram, is going to be a romantic family entertainer. Going by Trivikram’s reputation (with films like Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, S/O Satyamurthy, and Attarintiki Daaredi), it can be easily guessed that even this film will have an underlying message in the film.
But much to the refreshment of Mahesh’s fans, his later film with SS Rajamouli will be a film devoid of any message. Writer Vijayendra Prasad recently confirmed that SSMB29 would not have any message in the film. He said the film would be like having a great meal at a restaurant. The audience is going to have the time of their life watching this movie as Rajamouli’s films provide a different immersive expereince all together.
But still, there’s a lot of time for SSMB29 to release, and till then, fans will have to adjust with Trivikram’s subtle message-oriented family entertainer. Luckily no one complains about Trivikram’s style of messages packed with emotions and action.
