While film makers refuse to accept that youth learn a lot of mannerisms, wrong notions and weird ways imitating their favourite actors, the truth is otherwise. Some imitations give pure pleasure and aren’t harmful but some aren’t. Recently most of the youth targeted films have one thing in common i.e., drinking and smoking.
As celebrities, film actors need to be very careful about the message they are giving to masses. Prince Mahesh Babu also is in truce with the same kind of thoughts. He says, “I’ll be sending wrong message to my fans and audience.” What does he mean by that? Mahesh means to say that today he doesn’t want to even smoke on screen as he would be sending wrong message to society.
Once Mahesh had been a chain smoker and to quit smoking was a herculean task for him. He made resolutions many times to quit smoking and broke the same unable to control his urge to smoke. One of his friends gifted him a book written by Alan Carr which talks about the easy ways to stop smoking. And today, Mahesh is a non-smoker and even doesn’t like to smoke on screen.
Talking openly about being a chain smoker once, how he quit smoking and the mentioning the book which was useful to do so is really going to motivate those who really want to quit. Good revelation!
