The above statement seems to be outrightly obnoxious even to imagine that a superstar like Mahesh Babu would be insecure. These were the comments by the director and producer Prashanth Kumar of the recent dark comedy ‘Mithai’. The film turned out to be a flop and Rahul Ramakrishna disassociated himself from it even before the release.
Talking about his film and Rahul Ramakrishna’s behavior while shooting for his film, Prashanth Kumar made serious allegations on comedian Rahil Ramakrishna that the comic has this tendency of speaking behind the backs and making tall claims about his acting skills.
Rahul Ramakrishna had a good role in Mahesh Babu’s ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ movie as a youth who gets the CM support to fight elections for MLA candidacy. The comedian allegedly said that Mahesh Babu has got insecure after watching Rahul Ramakrishna, and therefore, got some scenes got trimmed, personally.
A superstar like Mahesh Babu will get all the space he requires, and there wouldn’t be any reason for him to feel insecure as a comedian is no competition for him, even in the remotest way.
The row between Prashanth Kumar and Rahil Ramakrishna before and after ‘Mithai’ release is a known thing. In a lengthy Facebook post, the producer cum director played the victim card and made some grave accusations on Rahul Ramakrishna, how he sabotaged ‘Mithai’ with his non-cooperation and unprofessional behaviour.
Looks like the producer and the actor are washing their dirty laundry in public, now.
