Lyca Productions Refutes the Rumour on 2.0 MovieVeteran actor Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie ‘2.0’ has been making the headlines recently. Apparently, there was a rumour about the movie according to which the filmmakers of ‘2.0’ were planning to sue renowned Hollywood VFX studio.

The movie, which will also feature Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, had a contract with the studio for all the special effects in the film. However, the Oscar-winning VFX studio was unable to finish the work on time causing the film to be postponed from January 2018 to April. The rumour suggested that the makers of ‘2.0’ were ready to take strict legal action against the studio for ‘irregularity’.

This rumour has now been refuted by a reliable source, Lyca Productions. The source admitted that there have been some problems with the VFX Company, Rhythm and Hues Studios, but they also said that the cause for the delay in release does not fall entirely on the studio. Lyca Productions stated that there is no plan to take “any legal action at all”.
