The cinema ticket pricing model is becoming a tough nut to crack for Tollywood. It is becoming increasingly tougher to pull the audiences to theaters for non-big event films with high ticket prices.
Cut to now, Dil Raju has vowed to incorporate the lowest ticket pricing model for his forthcoming film, Thank You which stars Naga Chaitanya.
Dil Raju stated that the ticket prices for Thank You at single screens in Hyderabad will be Rs 100+ GST and Rs 150+ GST at multiplexes.
Dil Raju had recently stated that he has been analysing the pricing model and trying to come up with optimal pricing system for his films. He is now enforcing one of the lowest prices for Thank You.
Adding further, Raju said Thank You is in no way related to Premam and Naa Autobiography, Thu quashing related speculations.
About the rumors that Tollywood producers planning to halt shootings from 1st August, Dil Raju said there is no such plan like stopping shootings.
“We are still discussing what is right. We are only trying to understand what is going wrong.” He says.
Thank You is set for theatrical release on the 22nd of July. The Naga Chaitanya starrer is directed by Vikram K Kumar.
