Prabhas isn’t the same star hero who has made it big in the South Film Industry. He is a pan-Indian star and his films will be expected to have a pan-Indian appeal. That could be the reason why the makers of ‘Saaho’ brought on board Bollywood young heroine Shraddha Kapoor to romance Prabas.
According to the latest reports from various Bollywood media sources, Shraddha Kapoor has finally consented to feature in the Prabhas’ trilingual. Anushka Shetty walked out of the movie and Pooja Hegde was said to be a strong contender for the heroine’s role in the movie.
Pooja Hegde’s debut into Bollywood was a huge flop and many expected ‘Saaho’ to be like ‘Baahubali’ for Tamannah after a series of flops in Bollywood. It’s like ‘Man proposes and God disposes’ and the opportunity went to Shraddha Kapoor. One must appreciate the makers’ choice as her presence would appeal to the North audiences besides the villain Neil Nitin Mukesh who is also a Bollywood actor.
