The first hero who actually announced the arrival on Diwali before anyone else was Nikhil. His film Mudra had taken November 8th as the release date. We all know now, it isn’t going to arrive then.
Although a slight delay in shooting is said to be the reason for the postponement, one can sense some out of hands situation leading to the position. There are multiple films slated to arrive in November, and some of them are high budget keenly anticipated flicks. Getting proper theatres could have been a problem.
With no choice, the buzz is that Mudra reportedly moved to December. It will be the last recognizable Telugu release of the year on December 28th. Nikhil desperately needs a hit as his previous few films have underperformed. One hopes Mudra directed by TN Santosh brings him the much-needed relief and makes his new year a special one.
