Krishh3 controversy

Director and producer Rakesh Roshan has lambasted a popular daily which has questioned the authenticity of the collections of Krrish 3. It even went on to say that Rakesh Roshan being the producer has manipulated the collections and shown collections that are higher than what it has actually earned. As our readers might know, the collections of Krrish 3 has left the Bollywood trade divided, while a section has reported it to have crossed the collections of Chennai Express, current, another section believes Krrish 3 hasn’t even crossed the collections of Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani.

Rakesh Roshan reacting to the daily’s view said that it’s all bogus and whoever have written it doesn’t know anything about trade. They have no clue about the collections of the film from the single screens which I have been getting information off right from day 1 of the release of the film said the director clearly very frustrated. He even went on to say that these guys should first know the difference between gross and nett before reporting a number. The number which they claim to be gross is actually the nett collection where as the gross is much higher and already cross 500 Cr, concluded the director.

Whatever may be the real number there never has been this much disparity among the various trade analysts over the numbers of a film and this disparity is what everyone is talking about these days. It’s true that no one knows what the actual collections of the film are, so we guess it would be better if one were to just judge the film based on its merits instead of looking into collections which seems murky, what say?
