Cable bridges in Telangana are in great demand for shootings if one goes by the way one movie unit has already shot some scenes at the yet-to-be-inaugurated cable bridge in Karimnagar. The unit shot a song and some comedy scenes on the bridge that is being completed at a brisk pace.
Incidentally, the bridge will have a dynamic lighting system set up with Rs 8 crore. More films are looking at the spot for their shoots.
Already, the cable bridge in Durgam Cheruvu is being prominently featured in many films ever since it was inaugurated.
Many films have shots of the cable bridge from various angles and it has become symbolic just as the Bandra-Worli sea link in Mumbai.
One of the big films shot in recent times happens to be F3 starring Venkatesh, Tamannaah, Varun Tej, and Mehreen. Telugu filmmakers are making the most of the cable bridges as they give a sense of novelty along with a sense of nostalgia as films shot in the US have similar shots.
