Shankar’s Indian 2 has been the most ambitious project. The film ever since went on floors had been witnessing trouble. Few months back Shankar and Lyca were at loggerheads with each alleging allegations on one another. Despite Madras High Court intervention, both the filmmaker and producer haven’t solved the issue yet.
To sort out the differences, Kamal Haasan is rumoured to have taken the initiative to solve the differences between Lyca and the filmmaker. As per reports, Kamal Haasan has taken the lead as audiences have pinned huge hopes on the sequel of the hit blockbuster. Since some of the shoot has already been completed and it shouldn’t be a loss venture to the Lyca Productions, the actor has come forward.
As per reports, Kamal Haasan is holding talks with Lyca and Shankar separately. How things will turn out would get revealed in coming days. While Kamal is conducting talks to solve the issue amicably, it is rumoured that once Kamal Haasan had in fact suggested Lyca to go ahead with another filmmaker.
It is worth mentioning that Shankar recently announced a Hindi film with Ranveer Singh which is the remake of Tamil hit Anniyan. Tussle for this film is also going on as Anniyan producer had alleged that remake rights are owned by him and not the filmmaker.
