Looks like the sultry actress Nayantara has landed a great deal. The actress whose latest film ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’ is ready to hit the box office in November has reportedly been signed for a remake of Vidya Balan’s Dirty picture.
Dirty Picture, which is based on the story of the life of south actress Silk Smitha, had Vidya Balan as the lead in its Hindi version, who went on to earn a National Award for the Best Actress for this movie. Today, word on the street is that producer Ekta Kapoor has met the actress and finalised a deal. The buzz is that Nayantara is being paid a massive amount of Rs 2.5 crore for this film which is planned to be made in both Telugu and Tamil simultaneously. However, no official confirmation has yet been received either from the actor’s side or from the producer’s side.
