In the wake of state bifurcation, the assets and loans of Andhra Pradesh are being distributed between Seema Andhra and Telangana. As Hyderabad is going to be a common capital for the next 10 years, AP government will be operating from Hyderabad till the captial building process is complete. As a result, officials are busy in arranging separate office for both the governments in Hyderabad.
Lake View Guesthouse which once hosted the Prime Minister of Hyderabad, Sir Saiyid Ali Imam, will now host the first Chief Minister of Seema Andhra. It is spread over 7.14-acre land and has two floors (G+1) with 13 rooms, a dining hall, which can accommodate 30 people, and a mini conference hall with state-of-the-art technology. An 11 KV power sub-station is present in the guest house premises to provide uninterrupted power supply.
