Model turned actress Meghna Patel shot to fame when back in 2014 she stripped herself in support of Narendra Modi during the general elections. The photo which went viral on social media had the actress semi-nude with a placard having Modi’s photo hiding her assets. Another picture that became equally famous showed Meghna covering her body parts with the flower Lotus which is the election symbol of BJP.
Despite these antics, it seems that Meghna Patel is not very loyal to the party. Sources tell as that the model-cum-actress has now officially joined hands with Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). It is quite likely that the NCP would field Meghna from Vadodara in the upcoming Gujarat Assembly election that is slated for the next year.
The news has been confirmed by senior NCP leader, Praful Patel who also criticised the BJP government in Gujarat over the Patidar and Dalit issues which the hot actress reportedly got upset with.
