Koratala Siva opens up on copy controversyFilm maker Koratala Siva had been maintaining silence on plagiarism charges regarding his film ‘Srimanthudu’. Writer Sharat Chandra filed complaint in Telugu Film writers Association and civil court that the film is the copy of his novel ‘Chachentha Prema’.

Finally Koratala Siva opened up on the controversy. He says that his story isn’t a copy. He understands and respects other writers, as he is a writer himself. As the matter is in court, Koratala didn’t want to speak on the matter further.

Both the novel ‘Chachentha Prematho’ and the film ‘Srimanthudu’ are in market already and the case in the court. People concerned aren’t interested to talk deeply as the case is in court.
