Writer turned director Koratala Siva’s project with Mahesh Babu ‘Srimanthudu’ is one of the most talked about movie not only because of the emsemble of star cast but also it happens to be the film maker’s second movie. From the opening talk on the movie, Koratala has already broken the second film jinx.
He didn’t remain a ‘one film wonder’ but adeptly portrayed right kind of emotions and sentiments. He didn’t give Mahesh’s movie a pure ‘SVSC’ family entertainer kind of feel but added ample action with subtle dialogues, the department in which he is adept at.
Siva delivered as promised and if one developed anticipation based on ‘Mirchi’, the film maker doesn’t disappoint you. Be it the crispy dialogues or typical and interesting action sequences, Siva lives up to the hype created depending on his abilities he displayed for his debut venture.
All in all, Mahesh and Siva are going to breathe fresh after a couple of debacles and second film jinx haunting respectively. For movie goers and especially Mahesh fans, it’s a big relief that the superstar’s film is fresh in almost all departments.
