The trailer of Karthikeya 2 dropped a short while ago and it promises that the film is an intriguing mystery thriller.
For starters, the trailer implies that Karthikeya 2 is bigger in scale than the first part. Nikhil is seen as a daring individual who goes on demanding journey to capture a seemingly mystical object.
The intrigue factor is carried through the trailer. The narrative centres around a mystical object that can be captured by only the ones who can dare their lives to get their hands on it.
The ending dialogue ‘Everything in the world is interlinked and you’re a part of it,” could be a depiction of the theme.
Nikhil, Anupama Parameswaran, and Anupam Kher are shown in trailer. The visuals look grand and the background score is fitting.
Karthikeya 2 is the sequel to the successful Karthikeya so there is the sequel advantage. However, the film will need to have gripping suspense thriller factor if it is to pull the audience to the theaters in this dry season.
Karthikeya 2 is directed by Chandoo Mondeti who helmed the first part. The film is releasing on the 22nd of July.
