The news that Kareena Kapoor is doing an item number in Suriya-starrer Anjaan, has turned out to be the biggest joke on April Fool’s day. There have been rumours that Kareena has been roped in to feature in a song in the film, which is being directed by N. Linguswamy, currently in Bombay.
The producer of the film have rubbished all such rumours and called it the biggest April Fool’s joke. He said only Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh was doing an item number and no other Bollywood actresses have been included. The first look of the film is likely to released soon and the makers are planning to release the film during Independence day weekend.
Anjaan also features Samantha Ruth Prabhu and a host of Bollywood actors like Manoj Bajpai in important roles. Suriya will be seen playing double roles for the seventh time in his career.
