Sekhar Kammula revealed on Independence Day that he is a fan of filmmaker and communist Narayana Murthy, and says that he makes his film with lot of passion and for a reason. He says nobody can make films as passionately as him.
Kammula also appreciated that Narayana Murthy is only filmmaker in Telugu cinema who can make films akin to our culture and philosophies. He says he doesn’t get influenced by the west. He tries to keep his film as Telugu as possible.
Murthy’s upcoming film is about the Delhi gang rape incident and Kammula believes the film will be a milestone in his career. The film is getting ready for release soon.
